Ill understand that there are people out there who are in that group. Ill be the first to admit that I personally am not one of them. Instead, Ill be the first to admit that I am a self-aware person. I tend to have a lot of fun with this stuff, and Ill never have to be ashamed to admit that I am feeling the way Ill am.

A common misconception is that self-awareness is a bad thing. I believe that people who are self-aware can use their power, and that they have unique ways of using it, to help themselves in their own health. I believe that self-awareness is the means whereby our mind can use its own power to help us deal with situations and events. Ill explain what I mean in a minute.

I was having quite an enjoyable conversation the other day with my mom about this. She was telling me that she doesn’t have to be ashamed of the fact that she has a certain amount of self-awareness. She is aware that she has a certain amount of self-awareness, and she believes that that is a good thing. I was not buying that.

My mom is right. Of course, a person with self-awareness wouldn’t be doing all this. But since I am here to save the day, I think it is in the best interest of everyone to have a little self-awareness. That is why, in part, I have chosen to open up about my health and self-awareness.

As a mother, I am the ultimate self-aware person. I think that is a good thing, but why do I think it is? Well, it is because I know the people on this whole island. But I have no idea why I know them. I think it is because I have some sort of connection with the island. I am pretty sure that I am a fairly smart person, and I know that I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

And yet, when you look at your own life and try to explain why you’re the way you are, you get really confused. The fact is, the more you learn about yourself, the more you realize that you are not completely your own person. We all have a past, we all have a story, and we all have a past that is very different from what we want to imagine.

Life is full of these sorts of situations. We all have a past, but when we try to explain it, we find ourselves talking past each other about “what’s the point of all this” and “huh, I’m so full of crap” and “oh no, I could never fall in love.

It’s time to stop using whole-foods waikiki as an excuse. You need to stop trying to explain yourself, and you need to start loving yourself. Because if you don’t love yourself, it’s hard to love anyone else.
