When you work hard, it takes a lot of energy to perform. This energy is used to perform tasks like taking care of your body, paying bills, and making sure you get a nutritious and tasty meal. It’s also used to perform tasks like sitting at your computer, waiting in line, or talking to your friends.
I remember when I was first diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, I thought I had a life threatening disease. For the first few months, I thought I had about a year. I was convinced my body was going to fail me.
The same thing goes for Type 2 diabetes. The first few years it was very very hard to lose weight. I couldn’t find my jeans. I couldn’t find my wallet. I couldn’t find my contacts. I couldn’t find my socks. I couldn’t find my underwear. I was just so anxious about losing my mind and going crazy that I started dieting. I was so worried that my body would fall apart, I couldn’t eat healthy.
Sutter, I hear you, and I have to disagree with you. It took a whole lot of hard work before I found it was all worth it. I was so stressed out, I didn’t take the time to eat properly and stay active. I was just getting through the day eating chips and soda, and getting in the same bed everyday for over a year. In the end, I have to thank you for being a real person.
Yeah, no one likes to feel like a loser, but it was good to see that you were able to see the big picture and make the best of what you had. I think you can do it. I know you have a lot more to be proud of than to just give up your life to a dietician.
I’ve been there, and I know how bad it can be. I just hope that like a lot of my other friends, you can see the big picture too. I hope you stay active, and that you can achieve your goals. As for your diet, just make sure you get enough sleep and exercise. I hope you like the snacks you eat.
Just remember that you may have to go to the ER a few times in your lifetime, but at least you can feel like you’ve made a lot of progress in the last few weeks.
I’ve been there before and I know this is a bad place to visit without consulting with a doctor, but I also know that there is a lot of good things you can do there. As for the dietician, she is a very good person. I hope you can find a good doctor.
One of the reasons I like eating in restaurants is because there are always a few good food choices that you can get a quick taste of. But you don’t want to be a picky eater. You just want to try new foods and maybe get a few bites of something healthy. In my experience, you might get a few bad ones, but you definitely don’t want to be one of those people who eats a bunch of vegetables and then drinks a ton of water.
Yeah, I know, I’m being a picky eater. But I’ve also come to realize that I like good food so I eat a lot of it. I also like good food because I like the variety. I like a variety of foods. I like things that have a bit of sour taste to them or a bit of sweetness. I like things that have a bit of saltiness to them, too.
