That is, if you are asleep and the socks are on your face, it makes you feel like you are not asleep. In other words, you might be thinking you are asleep when you are actually not.

This is not true. We all use our socks to keep our bodies warm. They are the primary way we keep our feet warm in our sleep. However, it is also possible to sleep with your socks on. In fact, some people will sleep with their socks on but not their shoes on.

Sleeping with socks on is often a bad thing, because it is believed that if you sleep with your socks on you might be trying to sleep with your socks on. And it is highly likely that you’re actually trying to sleep with your socks on.
