I’m not saying it’s easy to talk about self harm. I know a lot of people who suffer in silence. It’s not a good look. But we all have to talk about it. If you have pain, then you have to speak up about it. If you are a parent of a child who has self harm issues, then you have to speak up about it. It’s not a problem that people just don’t notice. It’s something that you must talk about.
