I love orange juice. If I don’t have it, my life is hell. If I do, my life is heaven. I also believe that the best way to combat this is by drinking a lot of it. I’ve even seen people quit their jobs and leave their apartment and say that they didn’t want orange juice when they came home.
Well, since oranges have to be shipped, we might as well drink them. Not that this is a bad idea, but my best friend is a huge orange juice drinker. So we’re definitely drinking a lot of it, and that’s a good thing. We’re also trying to find a way to cut back on the alcohol as much as we can.
We tried to do this in college. I dont know if it was the caffeine, or the energy drinks or the sugar, but I remember drinking a lot of orange juice, and in college I was on a pretty serious crash diet. My drinking habits have definitely improved, but my metabolism has not. Ive also been doing some research into what it takes to drink a lot of orange juice and what effect this might have on a person’s body chemistry.
That’s an interesting idea. If you have a genetic predisposition to alcoholism, then you might want to try it. In order to really get started, you need to drink a lot. But that doesn’t mean that you need to become a raging alcoholic to try it. On the other hand, if you do have that genetic predisposition, and you want to cut back on alcohol, then you will want to cut back on the sugar in your juice.
This is a very interesting idea. So, you have a genetic predisposition to alcoholism, and you want to cut back on alcohol and drink orange juice instead. But youre drinking too much orange juice because youre drinking too much sugar.
This is the classic “sugar is evil” argument. I dont’ think this is true or even very helpful. The fact is that the average person in the western world drinks enough alcohol to be classified as an alcoholic. But it is possible to cut down your alcohol intake without reducing your sugar intake. I would recommend that you drink a lot of water first because if you drink too much sugar, you’ll lose your ability to taste the difference between orange juice and regular orange juice.
The problem is that many people are drinking too much sugar and not enough water. To cut down on the sugar and cut down on the alcohol you need to make a conscious effort to drink water first. That means drinking eight glasses of water per day. In most cases, it will also be a better idea to drink a lot of flavored water and avoid sugary sodas.
A major tip: water first. Because you have to drink eight cups of water per day, you also need to drink at least eight glasses of flavored water each day. That will give you about two to three times more flavor in each glass.
A major tip is to avoid sodas. Soda tastes like crap but the carbonated stuff is a dead end. The best way to cut down on your sugar intake is to eat a lot of fruit. That will help you cut down on the sugar you add in the sodas, and you’ll also be less likely to over-taste.
You don’t need any particular citrus fruit to make water taste good. It’s just a matter of having a proper ratio of water to citrus in your diet. Citrus trees produce a lot of water, so it’s important to eat a lot of watermelon to keep the water content of the fruit high.
