I don’t know about you, but it’s my favorite time of the year. I get to spend all day outside in the sunshine and eating oats and wheat. It’s the perfect way to end a day.

I have to admit, it took me a little bit of time to figure out how to go about making this bread. As I said, I think the whole bowl thing might have been a bit of a mistake. The recipe I found on the internet was too complicated for me to follow. To get this kind of bread, it was important to find a recipe that didn’t require a lot of measuring and you could just dump the ingredients into the bowl.
