When we are in a situation where we are not in control of our anger, the stress we experience is often called “mixed emotions.” This is when we have enough control over our anger to be able to manage it though, and that is when we are in control of our self-awareness.

This is the time to be in control of your emotions, and if you dont have an anger that is a little more controlled, then you are in control of your self-awareness and you are in control of your anger and you can make it a good thing.
