This is the perfect place to put the title of this article on the right page. Marla is a well-known name in the health food industry and she continues to amaze us with her latest findings. She recently completed a study on the effect of fermented foods on our brain. She shared her results as well as a scientific explanation of why these foods help, and her conclusions are incredible. She is a natural health guru with an unbelievable background in nutritional research.
It was a very hot day in the Midwest, so Marla went out to the garden to eat lunch. She noticed a small amount of dirt on her dress and went back to clean it up. As she was washing her hair, she noticed a couple of drops of water on her face. She thought it could have been a mosquito bite. As luck would have it one of her friends was home and gave Marla a facial.
If you’re familiar with the popular diet-foods book, you probably already know that she is a total genius. She claims to have been able to successfully lose weight through a simple diet. She claims to have been able to use a variety of foods to lose weight, and that eating only a certain type of food can help you lose weight. She claims to have discovered that some foods cause you to gain weight, and that’s why all the doctors are full of shit.
The problem is that Marla has no clue what a food does to you. She claims she has been eating a very specific type of food (that she was told she’d be losing weight on) and that dieting is a waste of time. So she eats this food, and she loses significant weight. But as soon as she stops dieting, she gains weight back. She goes through a few weeks of weight loss and then starts dieting again so she can gain some weight back.
So Marla has a problem, and this isn’t the first time I’ve suggested that she go on a diet. But she seems to be having problems with her diet, and that’s why I am putting it into our “three levels of self-awareness” theory. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this theory, it’s basically a theory that we humans seem to have a problem with self-awareness.
It’s a very simple theory, but if you want to take this theory one step further, and see if it can help you understand your own self-awareness, this is what it looks like.
I think that this theory is an oversimplification of exactly what is going on in our brains. Its been long suspected that we have a problem with self-awareness, but we don’t really know why. The theory I am proposing is that we probably have a few things going on in our brains that are causing us to think that we are not self-aware, and that these thoughts are being stored and processed in the background.
The theory makes sense, but it doesn’t explain why we should be able to consciously control our thoughts and feelings, like it allows us to do with our memory (remembering what we ate yesterday). At the same time, the theory doesn’t address the fact that when we are aware that we are not self-aware, we are much more likely to take control of our thoughts and feelings and act on them. It could be that we are just not aware that we are not self-aware.
One theory is that we are being stored and processed in the background. The theory makes sense, but it doesnt explain why we should be able to consciously control our thoughts and feelings, like it allows us to do with our memory remembering what we ate yesterday. At the same time, the theory doesnt address the fact that when we are aware that we are not self-aware, we are much more likely to take control of our thoughts and feelings and act on them.
We are aware of how we are, but not how we are not. We are aware of who we are and what we are doing, but we are not aware of what we are not. We are aware when we are doing something we are not, but not when we are doing something we are. We are aware when we are doing something that is causing us harm, but not when we are doing something that is causing us good.
