Our society has been obsessed with the issue of “health” for many years. And while we have a good idea as to what health is, we’ve come to a point in our society where we are even further away from actually understanding how to actually be healthy.
The reason we are still obsessed with health is because so many people have a hard time actually understanding the science behind it. As far as I can tell, we are far more obsessed with preventing ourselves from getting sick. We have a good understanding of how to prevent something from happening, but we have an even more hazy idea on how to actually prevent it.
So for those who are new to the health physics, let me explain. In health physics, a body is composed of a fluid called blood. Bodies are composed of a material called bone. The blood flows through the body in a specific pattern called a flux. The flux has a specific pattern because it must stay constant if it is to work properly. So the flux is constantly changing, but it is also constantly stable.
For example, the flux in the body of a human being is always changing. That’s why the body is composed of a fluid, so that it can constantly change. A changing flux also means that it can be unstable. And in a stable body, the flux is stable because it doesn’t change over time.
A flux is a process that happens in the body every time you breathe, eat, drink, exercise, and sleep. The flux in the body determines how and where energy moves in the body.
