It’s a good thing because it’s really hard to find people who will share their stories with us. So we can all learn a lot from each other by trying to help each other improve our lives.
Its not every day you get to hear a motivational speaker share their own personal story. Its especially not every day you get to hear them share their own life experiences. It is a little hard to balance the two.
We don’t just try to make it easier for ourselves. We want to make it easier for others to help us. We are all in this together. At the same time, we want to keep the stories of people we admire and who have done so much for us safe, so we don’t want to give people bad information.
The speaker we heard today, the man himself, is a famous French health and lifestyle expert named Pascal Lory. Lory has a lot of experience being on the cutting edge of medical research and has been a pioneer in the field of bio-medical science for over 30 years.
Lory talks at length about how we spend our lives, which of course we all hate. He talks about how people are sicker than ever, so we should be, too. But he also talks about how he tries to help people, and we should, too. By helping people live longer, healthier, and more enjoyable lives.
I’ve seen people spend hours and hours on Facebook trying to find the perfect new hairstyle, so I’m sure you can relate. I’ve also seen people spend hours and hours in the gym trying to get their body to do what they want it to do. But what I’ve seen people do, is they try to force their bodies to perform at a certain standard, but with a minimum of effort.
This trend is why I think the French are the most health-conscious people in the world. The French like to stay active, and they like to take care of their bodies, so they are much more likely to eat healthy. And like we said above, they are very active users of Facebook, so we can expect more of this in the coming weeks.
We’ve seen this trend also in the US, where people try to force their bodies to perform at a certain standard, but with a minimum of effort. In the US, it’s called “dieting”, and it is a very American thing. People eat healthy and exercise, so they are much more likely to eat healthy and exercise. And like we said above, they are very active users of Facebook, so we can expect more of this in the coming weeks.
