I’ve been getting sick recently, and my doctor has always said that I have to watch what I eat and how much exercise I do. My first thought was “but I’m so healthy!” So I went out and bought a bunch of magazines. A few weeks later, after eating a ton of food and not exercising, I had a fever. I had to go to the hospital and was told I had chicken pox.

Chicken pox sounds pretty bad, but it actually isn’t too bad. It’s actually a viral infection, and it often goes away on its own, though sometimes it can last longer. The best way to prevent this from occurring is to stay away from the sun, as the UV rays will destroy the protective proteins in your skin. Your doctor can give you a vaccine if you want, but they aren’t necessary in most cases.
