The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us. Whereas a person with self-awareness is able to exercise a little meta-cognition and say, “Hmm… every time my sister calls me and asks for money, I end up drinking a lot of vodkas.
But how does that apply to a car? Well, when we go about our day, we’re not even aware of the car. So it doesn’t matter if people are trying to kill us because we’re so busy driving, because we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions.
As the saying goes, it all comes down to consciousness. You have to be conscious of your own actions. Otherwise, you’re not really controlling them. You’re just doing what you’ve always done.
That’s why we see a correlation between the number of times we use a mobile device and the number of times we go to the mall. We use our phones for socializing, we go to the mall to socialize, so it all comes down to the same thing. We all use our phones for socializing, and then suddenly we turn into a mindless zombie, and we don’t even realize what we’re doing.
The more we use a mobile device, the more we become a mindless zombie. This is because most of us are living in a society that makes us believe that the more we use our mobile device, the more we are responsible for ourselves. It’s a very bad thing. We should all be responsible for our own actions, not just the people around us that decide to use our devices.

I am not saying that all of us should be doing this to ourselves, but I think, the more we realize that we are responsible for our own actions, the less we need to take responsibility for others.
For a long time now we have been trying to be aware of our actions, to be responsible for ourselves, to take personal responsibility for what we do. We can also be aware of the consequences of our actions, and then take personal responsibility for our actions. The problem is, if we’re not aware of how our actions will affect our future self or the future of the world, we don’t have a clue.
The problem with blaming the future self for our actions is that the “future self” is a person who has never been affected by the actions of our actions. The “future self” is therefore completely disconnected from the “now”. Our actions are completely in our control, and we can completely escape the consequences of our actions. The problem is that the “now” is completely dependent on the “future self”.

Some people are aware of it, and some people are unaffected by the effects of eating chocolate.
