This is because when we do a walk in the sun our bodies have to be at least partially asleep. Our brains have to be asleep to be able to use the power of the sun. So it really boils down to your body being at a certain point in your day to be able to use the sun. We don’t realize that we need to be at that point because we’re not conscious enough to have any awareness of it.

So, if you need your body to be at least partially asleep when you use the sun, you are not using the sun correctly, you need to be consciously aware of your body being at a certain point in your day. This is why our bodies need to be asleep at the exact moment we use the sun.

So, when people ask “what is the best time of the day to use the sun?” I tell them I think about it a lot. And I dont give any advice, but I do say to be conscious of the sun. This is also why I don’t give any advice on what kind of sunscreen you should use. We don’t know enough about sunscreen for that.
