Our spiritual self is the part that keeps us alive and breathing.

So when we say that the self who can keep our hearts beating is the same self who keeps our brains alive, what we mean is that the self who can make us laugh is the same self that keeps us alive.

In a way, our hearts are our souls, and our brains are our minds. When the body dies, the soul dies, and so the person who keeps our bodies alive is the same person who keeps our hearts beating. So we call that the Self, or the Spirit, who keeps our hearts beating, but what we mean is the Spirit who keeps our brains alive.

Self-awareness means that you are aware of your mind, your heart, and your soul. Self-awareness is a very strong trait, and it’s an extremely important one. Many people who develop it are the most successful people in the world, but it’s also a very difficult thing to develop.

In short, it means being aware of all of your senses and your feelings, and being able to identify those feelings, what they mean, and what you can do to make them positive. In a way, this is a very important trait to develop, because without it you are a lot more vulnerable to life’s pressures.
