It’s important to recognize that this is common and to take the time to learn what you can do to make it less likely.

One of the most important things you can do to avoid this is to get yourself a good night’s sleep, and to drink caffeine only in small amounts. Also, avoid over-drinking it as well. The best way to help this is to set a limit on your caffeine intake. It’s better to be safe than sorry.
