How to Explain constant internal environment to a Five-Year-Old

A constant internal environment is a constant state of mind. We all have it. What is it? It’s a mental picture of what we’re like and how we feel about ourselves. It’s a feeling of what we would like to think and feel. Is this a positive or negative thing? How does it play out in our lives? We can say it’s a positive internal environment because we like how we want to perceive ourselves.

A negative internal environment is about what we feel and think about ourselves, not what we want to perceive ourselves. We can have the most optimistic, optimistic feelings and thoughts about ourselves, but if we don’t like the way we are feeling, it is a negative internal environment.

Its a very difficult concept to fully understand. I’m not sure I can explain it in five minutes. But I do know that if we allow ourselves to feel and think about our internal environment, we can move out of it.

The cave is filled with all the thoughts, feelings, and fears that he and his partner have, and they can never truly come out. The only way to truly exit is to force the thoughts, feelings, and fears to go away.

We all live in our own internal environments and are constantly bombarded by thoughts, feelings, and fears. Yet we don’t even realize it. This is where constant internal environment comes in. We can’t get out of our own internal environment because we’ve programmed it so that if we try, we can never let go of it. Constant internal environment is like a virus, a virus that we don’t even realize we’re carrying around.
