When we think about our own routines, we tend to think of how we want to feel in certain situations. Routine is good because it gets us ready in advance, but when our own behaviors are inconsistent with our own routine, then the problem arises. If we are doing something that requires us to be in a certain place at a certain time and have certain tasks done before we can do it, then we’re likely to get into some kind of trouble.
