The idea that a person is centered in that moment or time.

When we are centered in a particular moment, we are able to view and remember the world around us. And what we remember is the world that we are centered in. We can focus our entire attention on the present moment. We aren’t limited by what’s around us.

But what if we are centered in a past or future? If we are centered in a present moment, then we are not limited by the past or future. If we are centered in a future moment, then we are not limited by the future. The only limit that we have is our own imagination. But while our imagination can be limited by the past or future, our thoughts can be made unlimited by the present.

The problem with having a past or future in our consciousness is that we are limited by our imagination. We can only be focused around someone or something that we can see in our mind’s eye. But as I’ve said before, we can be focused anywhere in our consciousness, and that includes the past and future. If we are centered in a present moment, we are not limited by our imagination. We can focus our entire consciousness on the present moment.

The problem is that if we are focused on the present we don’t think about everything that is happening all around us. It starts to become a pretty lonely place. So instead of focusing on the present, we try to escape it. By turning our attention off and on we are essentially taking on the role of the observer, or the audience, of our own thoughts. What we experience is not what we thought we would experience.

And here’s the interesting part: the reason we dont think about everything is because we are in a constant state of centration. We are constantly asking, “What is the meaning of this moment?” and, “What is the point of this moment?” but when we try to escape the present moment, we end up doing an incredible disservice to ourselves. By turning on and off our thoughts instead, we are effectively doing a one-sided version of psychotherapy.

It sounds like a bad idea to me, but in that moment you are not doing psychotherapy, you are just sitting somewhere, trying to figure out what centration is. When you are in the present moment, you are not asking what the meaning of it is, but you are asking what the point of it is.

The whole concept of centration is a little complex, but basically it is a way of being where you are in the present moment, without being in the center of your mind. In a similar way, psychotherapy can be a way of being where you are in the present moment, but by turning on and off your thoughts you are essentially doing psychotherapy. You are trying to solve a problem and not being in the moment with it.

Psychotherapy is a therapy where you are in the moment with your problem, but you are not the center of your mind; you are not the center of your being.
