This is an awesome article from the American Psychological Association (APA) on self-awareness. The article talks about the self-awareness that we have when we are in our 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s, as well as the self-awareness that we have when we are in our 30s, 40s, and 50s.

So self-awareness is when we realize that we have control over our own thoughts and actions.
